We are deeply saddened to share that Joe Smith’s 18-year-old son, Gage, was recently diagnosed with leukemia, a type of blood cancer. Joe Smith is the Warranty Manager at Greenland Homes. This is an incredibly challenging time for Joe and his family, and we want to come together as a group to offer our support.

Understanding Leukemia

Leukemia is a cancer of the blood and bone marrow, characterized by an excess of abnormal white blood cells. It can cause symptoms like fatigue, frequent infections, and easy bruising. Treatment often involves chemotherapy, radiation, or stem cell transplants, and the journey can be physically and emotionally demanding.

How We Can Help

Fishing Raffle

To support Gage and his family, a local YouTuber is hosting a raffle for a full-day guided fishing trip, with all proceeds going toward Gage’s medical expenses and family support. This exciting opportunity not only offers a chance to win a memorable experience but also allows us to contribute to a meaningful cause.

Bourbon Raffle

Joe will be giving away four bottles of Bourbon, with all proceeds going toward Gage’s medical expenses and family support. Whether you or someone you know love Bourbon, this is great way to support their family in a meaningful way.

Bracelets

Bracelets can be purchased for $3 each and all proceeds go toward Gage’s medical expenses and family support.
