WorkMax

This week you should be practicing entering your time in WorkMax as you are working during the day and then entering your time at the end of the day in mobile field logs.  This is a Live system so I can see who is practicing and who it not! 

On Monday the 13th, Work Max goes live, and Field Logs is No more.

• All crew lists have been updated.  Please review your crews and make sure they correct. If they are not showing up correctly, remember to click on the 3 lines in the right-hand corner on the main page and hit sync!  After you have checked your crew, call me if there needs to be changes.  

• Availability for help - I will be available ALL Day Wednesday (4/8) and Thursday (4/9) for questions or issues.  I will have a session to discuss WorkMax on Friday (4/10) during the Spring Meeting and then will be available for questions after.

Payroll for next week:

• Foreman - all timecards will need to be entered in mobile field logs by Sunday at 8pm. After this time, you will NO longer have access to the system.

• PM’s - you will have time to approve timecards in Field Logs and get them to me by 10am on Monday.   

• Foreman - you need to start entering your time in work max as of Monday morning, the 13th, when you get to the jobsite.
